LaunchViral Directory Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Application Process:
- To become a LaunchViral affiliate, interested individuals must send an email to sherry@launchviral.com to apply.
- Once confirmed, the affiliate will be provided with a unique affiliate sign-up code.
Affiliate Benefits:
- Upon receiving the affiliate sign-up code, the affiliate can share it with brands interested in creating a listing on the LaunchViral directory at launchviral.com.
- The referred brand will receive a $200 credit toward their listing and membership upon using the affiliate code.
Commission Structure:
- LaunchViral affiliates will earn a $50 commission for each referred brand that uses their affiliate code successfully pays and is received by LaunchViral.
Payment Threshold:
- Affiliate payments will be processed only when the referred brand sends its first official payment, excluding free transactions.
- The affiliate's first payment will be triggered when the referred brand spends $200 or more for a basic or premium membership.
Affiliate Code Usage:
- It is crucial that the referred brand uses the affiliate code during the sign-up process for the affiliate to be considered eligible for commissions.
- Our accounting team will review affiliate codes on the first of each month, and payments will be issued accordingly.
Tracking Requirements:
- Affiliates are responsible for tracking businesses that use their affiliate code.
- The affiliate's tracking information will be reviewed on the first of each month to ensure accurate payments.
Payment Methods:
- Payments to affiliates will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Bell.
- Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to ensure timely and successful transactions.
Affiliate Scope:
- Affiliate payments are specifically related to sign-ups for monthly listings in the LaunchViral directory.
- Affiliates will be paid per transaction when a referred brand uses their affiliate code.
Renewal Clause:
- If the referred brand no longer renews their subscription, the $50 commission to the affiliate will cease accordingly.
Disclaimer:
- If the referred brand does not use the affiliate code, the affiliate will not be considered eligible for commissions.
- LaunchViral reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at its discretion.
By participating in the LaunchViral Directory Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. LaunchViral may update these terms at any time, and affiliates will be notified of any changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
